One Retailer. One Market." It lets independent retailers stock styles their local competitors cannot buy, at factory-direct pricing. It is an internal company allocation policy, not a legal exclusivity contract.

- How markets are defined: US by state, Canada by province, UK by nation (England/Scotland/Wales/Northern Ireland), Australia by state; EU, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and UAE at country level. A retailer's market is derived automatically from their verified business address.
- How to join: register interest ("I WANT THIS") on designs in the Preview Collection; if the style is free in your market it is reserved automatically, then orderable factory-direct once in production (demand-driven manufacturing).
- Maintaining protection: allocations stay active while the account maintains USD $1,500 in wholesale purchases per calendar month (any products count).
- Marketplace policy: PRIVATE RESERVE™ styles may not be resold on public marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Temu, etc.); permitted channels are the retailer's own website, physical store, social media and direct sales.
