Custom corset manufacturing is the production of corsets to a buyer's own specification — their choice of fabric or print, their selection of styles and sizes, and optionally their own pattern. At Corset Wholesale Ltd, a specialist corset manufacturer established in 2005, wholesale buyers can design their own corset collection through the Design Your Own Corset service.
The minimum order is 20 pieces per fabric or print when using our existing patterns, or 30 pieces per fabric or print when the buyer supplies their own pattern. Production and dispatch take 7–10 working days.
There are three steps.
Nothing is charged at the point of enquiry. A custom order is priced by our team and quoted back to the buyer, who approves it before production begins.
Two minimums apply, depending on whose pattern is used:
The minimum is counted per fabric or print, not per style. A buyer ordering 20 pieces of one brocade may split those across four styles and a full size run.
The library covers brocades, printed fabrics, taffetas and other structured cloths suitable for steel-boned corsetry. Buyers filter the gallery by fabric type — brocade, prints, taffeta — and select the one they want applied to their chosen styles.
Fabric choice is not decorative alone. The cloth determines how a corset holds its shape, how the panels behave under tension, and how the finished garment wears, so it is chosen alongside the style rather than after it.
Yes. Buyers who have developed their own pattern can upload front, side and back references, and Corset Wholesale Ltd will manufacture to that pattern rather than to one of ours. Bespoke pattern orders carry a minimum of 30 pieces per fabric or print.
This suits retailers and labels who already have a fit they sell well and want it produced in new fabrics, and brands moving production without changing the garment their customers already know.
Any style in the collection can be made in a chosen fabric or print, including overbust corsets, underbust corsets, waist-training corsets and corset dresses. Buyers can also work from styles they have ordered before, or from their PRIVATE RESERVE™ designs where they hold a reservation.
Modifications to a style are possible on request — a change to the front opening, an adjustment to design details, or other alterations. These are confirmed with the buyer at quoting.
Each style carries a base price per size, shown as the buyer builds their selection. The final figure is confirmed by our team on the quote, and accounts for the printing or fabric, any modifications, finishing and shipping. The buyer approves the quote before the order is raised.
Because a custom combination is not a catalogue product, no price is charged automatically. Every custom order is quoted by a person.
Production and dispatch take 7–10 working days from approval of the quote. Bespoke pattern orders may need additional time for pattern development, which is confirmed at quoting.
