Return & Replacement Policy

As a factory-direct wholesale platform, every corset is manufactured in our own facility in Gurgaon, India with strict quality control at every stage of production.

All Sales Are Final

All wholesale orders are considered final sale. We do not accept returns for sizing issues, buyer preference, or change of mind. As a B2B manufacturer, our pricing reflects factory-direct wholesale rates that do not include retail return margins.

Important: We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing bulk orders. This allows you to verify sizing, fabric quality, and construction before committing to larger quantities.

30-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty

We stand behind our manufacturing quality. If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will replace it at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.

Covered — We Replace

  • Broken or faulty steel boning
  • Defective busk closure or hardware
  • Torn or damaged fabric on arrival
  • Incorrect item shipped (wrong style, size, or colour)
  • Missing items from your order
  • Significant stitching defects affecting wearability

Not Covered

  • Incorrect size ordered by the buyer
  • Change of mind or buyer preference
  • Minor variations in colour due to screen display differences
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Items altered, washed, or modified after delivery
  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling

Replacements are offered instead of refunds. Replacement items are shipped at our expense for confirmed manufacturing faults.

How to Report a Defect or Damage

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Send an email to help@corsetwholesale.com with the subject line "Defect Claim — [Your Order Number]"

Include details

Provide your order number, the affected item SKU and size, and a clear description of the defect

Attach photos

Include clear photographs showing the defect. Multiple angles are helpful for our quality team to assess

We respond

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with a resolution — typically a replacement shipment

Deadline: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances:

  • Custom-labelled or white-label items (items with your brand labels applied)
  • Items purchased during Stock Sale or clearance promotions
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or modified
  • OEM or custom-manufactured items made to your specifications

Shipping Responsibility

For confirmed manufacturing defects and transit damage, we cover the full cost of replacement shipping. The replacement item will be shipped via the same method as your original order with full tracking provided. You do not need to return the defective item unless specifically requested by our quality team.
