Sampling & Prototyping
First samples produced in 2-4 weeks. Multiple rounds of revisions included until you approve the final sample. No bulk production without your sign-off.

Development Process
Submit Your Design
Day 1Share your concept — sketches, tech packs, reference images, or a detailed description. Include fabric preferences, size range, and target price point if known.
Design Development
Day 2-5Our designer creates patterns, sources fabrics, and prepares a development plan. We provide a detailed quote including sampling costs, unit pricing, and production timelines.
Sampling & Approval
2-4 WeeksFirst sample produced and shipped to you for evaluation. Review fit, construction, and finish. Request revisions — we refine until you approve.
Bulk Production
3-6 WeeksOnce sample is approved, bulk production begins. Every piece is manufactured to the approved sample standard with full quality inspection before packing.
