Minimum Order
All orders require a minimum value of $400 USD (or equivalent in your account currency). No minimum quantity per style.
Custom Label Orders
Orders with the Custom Label Service require an additional 4-10 working days for label production and application before dispatch.
Tracking
All shipments include full end-to-end tracking. Your tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Track via DHL.com or FedEx.com.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event of a lost package, we will reship at no cost.
Customs & Duties
UK and US shipments include duty in the shipping price (DDP). Canada, Australia, and some EU destinations may have local customs charges payable by the buyer.
