Yes. Our private label service has no minimum quantity. You can add your custom labels to any order regardless of size. The $2 per unit fee covers label replacement on any quantity.

Sample costs vary depending on complexity. Simple modifications to existing styles start from $50 per sample. Fully custom designs from scratch typically cost $80-150 per sample. Sample costs are credited against your first bulk order.

The more detail the better. Ideally: sketches or tech packs, fabric preferences, size range, target price point, and quantity estimates. But even a reference image with a description of what you want is enough for us to provide a quote.

Yes. Send us a reference product or detailed images and we can reverse-engineer the design. We will source comparable fabrics and hardware to create a matching or improved version at factory pricing.

Yes. For orders of 200+ pieces per style, we can offer design exclusivity — meaning that specific design will not be sold to other buyers. Exclusivity agreements are available for 6 or 12 month periods.

For labels and hangtags: AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum). For embroidery: DST files preferred. We can also work from high-quality JPEG images if vector files are not available.
