Design & Pattern Making

Our in-house design team creates patterns from scratch or works with your specifications. Every pattern is tested for fit across all sizes before production begins.

Fabric Sourcing & Cutting

Premium fabrics — brocade, satin, taffeta, genuine leather — sourced from certified mills. Computer-aided cutting ensures minimal waste and consistent quality.

Steel Boning & Construction

Imported spiral and flat steel bones are hand-inserted into pre-sewn channels. Each corset receives 12-24 steel bones depending on the style for maximum support.

Sewing & Assembly

Skilled artisans with 10+ years experience assemble each corset. Industrial-grade stitching with reinforced seams ensures durability for years of wear.

Hardware & Finishing

Metal busk closures, eyelets, and grommets are hand-fitted. Back lacing is threaded and adjusted. Every hardware piece is tested for strength and corrosion resistance.

Quality Control & Packing

Each corset passes a 12-point inspection covering stitching, boning alignment, hardware function, and fabric quality. Only approved pieces are packed for shipping.

Is everything manufactured in-house?

Yes. Every corset is designed, cut, sewn, and finished in our own 15,000 sq ft factory in Gurgaon, India. We do not outsource any part of the manufacturing process, ensuring complete quality control from start to finish.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order value is $400 USD (or equivalent in your account currency). There is no minimum quantity per style — you can mix and match across our entire catalogue to reach the minimum order value.

Can you manufacture custom designs?

Absolutely. Our design team can work from your sketches, tech packs, or reference images. Custom design development typically takes 2-4 weeks for sampling. Minimum order for custom designs is 50 pieces per style.

What fabrics do you work with?

We work with brocade, satin, taffeta, cotton, poly dupion, mesh, faux leather, real leather, velvet, georgette, crepe, PVC, and more. All fabrics are sourced from certified mills with consistent quality.

How long does production take?

Standard wholesale orders from existing catalogue ship within 3-7 business days. Custom or large bulk orders typically require 2-4 weeks for production depending on quantity and complexity.

Do you offer white-labelling?

Yes. We offer complete private label services including custom neck labels, care labels, hangtags, and branded packaging. White-labelling is available on all products at $2 per unit additional.
