Custom Label Policy
Understanding what labels are included with your wholesale order and how to add your own brand labels using our Custom Label Service.
Standard Labels (Default)
Orders placed without the Custom Label Service will include only the following labels by default:
Size Label
Indicating the corset size (e.g. 20, 22, 24, US-4, etc.)
Wash-Care Label
Standard fabric care instructions and material composition
No brand labels included: Standard orders do not include any brand name, logo, or neck labels. Your corsets arrive with size and care labels only — ready for you to add your own branding or sell unbranded.
Custom Label Service
Add your own brand to every corset. Our Custom Label Service replaces default labels with your custom brand labels — making every piece yours.

Processing Time
Faster turnaround: If you have already sent us your labels and they are in stock at our facility, processing time reduces to 4-7 working days.
How to Order Custom Labels
Select Custom Label at Checkout
When adding items to your bag, select "Yes, Kindly Include My Label" from the Custom Label Service dropdown on the product page. The $2 per unit fee is added automatically.
Send Your Label Artwork
Email your label design to help@corsetwholesale.com with your order number. Accepted formats: AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum). Include dimensions if you have a preference.
Label Production
If this is your first order with custom labels, we produce your labels in-house. This takes approximately 5-7 working days. For repeat orders with labels already in stock, this step is skipped.
Labelling & Dispatch
Once labels are ready, our team removes default labels and sews in your custom labels. Quality checked and dispatched within 2-3 working days after labelling.

Important Notes
Non-Returnable
Items with custom labels applied are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Label Storage
We store your labels at our facility for future orders. Once produced, repeat orders use your existing label stock — reducing turnaround time to 4-7 working days.
Bulk Label Orders
For large orders (500+ units), we recommend sending your labels in advance to ensure stock availability and faster processing.
Quality Assurance
All custom-labelled items undergo the same 12-point quality inspection as standard orders. Labels are sewn by our experienced finishing team.
