From reference to bulk production

Submit a reference
Sign in to your wholesale account and upload an image, sketch, or tech pack. Add your title, sizes required, and any fabric, colour, or construction notes.

Feasibility & quote
Our design team reviews and responds within 1 business day with feasibility, suggested fabric, indicative pricing, MOQ, and lead time.

Sample approval
Once you confirm, we produce a sample for fit and quality sign-off. Adjustments are made on the sample before bulk production begins.

Bulk production
Production runs in our Gurgaon factory with our 12-point quality inspection. Lead time is typically 2-4 weeks from approved sample to dispatch.

Common questions
What is the minimum order for a custom corset design?
Custom corset design (new pattern, fabric, or boning configuration) starts at 50 pieces per design. Existing styles with custom fabric or colour changes start at 20 pieces. The standard $400 USD MOQ does not apply to custom design — it is replaced by the per-design minimum.
How long does a custom corset order take?
Feasibility review takes 1 business day. Sample production takes 7-10 business days. Bulk production runs 2-4 weeks from approved sample. Custom fabric sourcing can add 1-2 weeks if the fabric is not already in stock.
Can I send my own fabric or trims?
Due to strict customs policies, we do not recommend shipping fabrics or trims to our factory in India. We are happy to source fabrics and trims based on your exact requirements through our in-house collection or trusted fabric markets in Delhi to closely match your specifications.
Do you charge for the sample?
Sample cost is included in the bulk-order pricing once production is confirmed. Standalone samples without a confirmed bulk order are charged at sample price (typically 2-3x wholesale unit price) to cover pattern and one-off make-up.
Can I put my own label on a custom design?
Yes. Private labelling is included at no additional cost on custom designs. Send us your logo or label artwork and we print it on the inside-back panel of every piece.
Who owns the design once it is produced?
You own your design. Corset Wholesale Ltd will not reproduce a customer-submitted custom design for any other buyer. Designs based on our existing catalogue patterns remain part of our shared catalogue unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Do you provide ready-to-use product images for websites?
Yes, we provide ready-to-use product images for websites at no additional cost. These images are supplied free of charge and are suitable for use across websites, online stores, marketplaces, and marketing materials.
