Custom orders ship in 7–10 working days. That figure is often quoted without saying what it measures, so here is the whole sequence.
You choose a fabric, select styles and enter quantities by size, then submit. Nothing is manufactured and nothing is charged. The request lands with our team immediately.
The team prices each line against the fabric you chose, calculates shipping to your destination, applies your volume discount and sends the quote. If something in the request will not work in production, this is when you hear about it — before there is a price to argue with.
The clock does not start until you approve. A quote can sit unapproved for as long as you need; approving it creates the order and releases it to the factory. This is deliberate — no buyer should have production running against a figure they have not agreed.
Cutting, construction, boning, finishing and quality check. This is genuine make time, not a queue estimate, because a custom order is cut to your specification rather than picked from a shelf. Bespoke patterns sit at the longer end while the pattern is graded and test-cut.
Goods ship from our factory in Gurgaon, India. Transit time on top of production depends on destination and service — quoted with your order rather than assumed.
For a seasonal drop, work back from your on-shelf date: transit, plus 7–10 working days production, plus a day for quoting, plus your own approval time. Submitting three weeks out is comfortable. Submitting one week out is not.
