Custom Corset Lead Times: From Quote to Dispatch
What actually happens between submitting a custom order and the boxes leaving the factory — and why the 7–10 working day figure starts when you approve, not when you submit.

Learn More →Custom orders earn a discount automatically as the order grows — 2% from $400, rising to 10% above $1,000. How the bands work, what they are calculated on, and how to plan an order around them.

A custom order is priced from the base price of each style you select, adjusted for the fabric. On top of that, the order earns a volume discount automatically — no code, no negotiation, no asking.
| Goods value | Discount |
|---|---|
| $400 and above | 2% |
| $600 and above | 4% |
| $800 and above | 6% |
| $1,000 and above | 10% |
The goods value — the sum of your line totals — before shipping and before any order-level adjustment. Shipping never earns a discount, and adding shipping never pushes you into a higher band.
The discount is not a surprise on the quote. As you enter quantities by size, the running total shows the band you have reached, the amount you are saving, and how much more would reach the next band. If you are $85 short of 6%, it says so.
This matters for planning. At $599 you earn 2% and pay $587. At $600 you earn 4% and pay $576 — one dollar more of goods saves you twelve. The jump is real, and it is deliberate: the bands exist to make a slightly larger order clearly worth placing.
The practical move is to check the running total before you submit. If you are close to a threshold, adding a few pieces usually costs less than the discount it unlocks.
It does not change your minimum. A 20-piece order that reaches $1,000 earns 10%; a 40-piece order that does not reach $400 earns nothing. The minimum is a piece count; the discount is a value.
Your quote shows the discount as its own line — the percentage and the amount — so the figure you approve is itemised rather than baked into a unit price. It appears the same way on the order that is raised when you approve.
