Territory protection is a two-way commitment. In return for reserving designs exclusively for you, PRIVATE RESERVE™ asks that your account stays active — measured by a simple monthly minimum.
Your allocations remain active while your account maintains a minimum of USD $1,500 in wholesale purchases per calendar month. That’s the whole rule. There is no separate membership fee and no per-style charge to claim a market.
Crucially, the minimum can be met with any Corset Wholesale products — not only Private Reserve styles. Classic and gothic corsets, corset dresses, waist trainers, and accessories all count toward it. In practice, an active retailer buying normally will meet it without thinking about it.
If an account falls below the minimum, we reserve the right to release its allocated styles back into the program for other qualified retailers. This isn’t a penalty for its own sake — it’s what keeps the program fair. Dormant reservations would otherwise block active retailers from styles they’d actually sell. Exclusivity has a cost: every design reserved for you is a design no other retailer in your market can stock. The monthly minimum ensures that cost is matched by genuine commercial activity, so protection flows to retailers who are actually building a business around it.
